Using this navigation simulator, officers can go over the steps they must take in a demanding or complex situation that can arise during any of the more than 10,000 maneuvers that our tug fleet completes throughout the year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Among other initiatives, the agreement also contemplates an on-board cadet program where SAAM Towage captains help train university students aboard the company&#8217;s tugs.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;in_container&#8221;
