Our Impact

Our Sustainability Strategy is built on four pillars: Reporting and Risk Management; People and Social Commitment; Environment and Climate Action; and Sustainable Development and Projects.
These pillars are aligned with the standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

SAAM Towage received three White Stars and one Silver Star in the Climate Change category in Costa Rica, a distinction awarded by the Ecological Blue Flag Program (PBAE).

Country Program for Carbon Neutrality 2024 (awarded in 2026).
